What This Experience Is
A hands-on sushi making class where you and your partner roll sushi, enjoy drinks and dessert, and share a relaxed evening in good company. No experience needed.

• 90-minute guided sushi class
• 30 minutes to enjoy your food

Sushi Menu 
During the workshop, you and your partner will create 4 types of sushi:
Nigiri — Salmon & Tuna
Couple’s Heart Roll — Salmon Futomaki
California Uramaki Roll (Green Dragon topping)
Spicy Tuna or Salmon Temaki (hand roll)
Dessert: Japanese Moon Cake (Classic & Red Velvet)

Vegan Menu Available
Nigiri — Red Pepper + King Oyster Mushroom
Couple’s Heart Roll — Pickled Radish, Hummus, Avocado
Vegan California Roll — Tofu, Avocado, Cucumber
“Faux Spicy Salmon” Temaki (roasted red pepper)
Dessert: Vegan, nut-free cookie from Craig’s Cookies
