SECTION 17 - CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

There are no refunds for any products.  See below for more details. 

Sushi Making Classes (IN-PERSON): No refunds will be available for any Sushi Making Classes.

  • Should you need to cancel for any reason, up to 72 hours prior to the class date, you can access a reschedule link in the "Appointment Confirmed" email you received. 
  • If you wish to reschedule within the 72 hours window, a fee of $30 per ticket will be applicable to partially offset food and labour costs already incurred. You are welcome to select any other available class date through this page.  A maximum of 2 date changes are permitted at no charge.  After 2 date changes, a fee of $30 per ticket will be charged for a 3rd reschedule, via this page.  

Sushi Making Classes (PRE-RECORDED): No refunds will be available for any Sushi Making Classes. 

  • Please CONTACT US should you need to cancel for any reason, up to 72 hours prior to the shipping/delivery/pick up date, and a non expiring credit will be made available for the value of the class + kit, to be used at a later date.   
  • If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the class, we will not be able to offer a new date or credit, as the fish for your kit will have been ordered and/or preparation begun.   


Private (Virtual or In Person) Sushi Making Classes and Kits:

  • A 25% - 50% Non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a PRIVATE Live or Virtual Sushi Making Class/Kit.
  • For any cancellation up to 72 hours before an event, a credit will be made available, with no expiry, for the value of the deposit to be used at a later date.
  • Any cancellation within 72 hours of the event will be subject to an additional 25% charge of the total invoice.   
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours of the event will be subject to the additional 75% charge of the total invoice.

Sushi Catering & All other In Person Events:

  • A 25% - 50% Non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a Live or Virtual Chef Event or Sushi Catering.
  • For any cancellation up to 72 hours before an event, a credit will be made available, with no expiry, for the value of the deposit to be used at a later date.
  • Any cancellation within 72 hours of the event will be subject to an additional 25% charge of the total invoice.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours of the event will be subject to the additional 75% charge of the total invoice.
