How does seating work?
- Doors open 30 minutes before class
- Seating is first come, first served
For groups: - We recommend arriving early to sit together
- We cannot guarantee group seating for late arrivals

How do tickets work for Sushi Making 101?
Each ticket is valid for one person / one seat.
If you are attending with someone else, each guest must purchase their own ticket.
How do tickets work for Date Night?
Each ticket includes 2 seats (you and your partner).
Is parking available?
Yes! There is free parking nearby. You can park on Logan Ave or Booth Street

What if I need to cancel my class?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please refer to our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking.
Is there an age requirement?
Our recommended minimum age is 8 years old.
Please note, these younger participants:
- Must be properly supervised
- Must have their own ticket/seat
- Must be accompanied by an adult
- the knives we provide in class are VERY SHARP. Please always supervise children when in class, and especially near any knives .
How long are the classes?
- In Person Classes: Sushi Making 101, Date Night and Dumpling Making Class are 90 minutes + 30 minutes of eating time.
- Pre-Recorded Class: The video itself is about 35 minutes in length, however will take the average viewer 60-90 minutes to complete the class, with pauses.

Are Sushi Making 101 and seasonal classes suitable for kids?
Yes! However the knives we provide in class are VERY SHARP. Please always supervise children when in class, and especially near any knives.

What if i have an allergy, can you accommodate my allergies?
We do our best to accommodate all allergies an dietary restrictions.
We offer a Vegan Kit and Shellfish-free menu as a standard offering for all classes.
For other allergies, please make add a note in the note section when checking out.
Note that we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination in our kitchen, due to various allergens contained on premise.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We are a cashless venue.
Can I book more seats than what’s available?
No, please only book the number of seats shown as available on the calendar.
Important:
- Booking more seats than available may result in errors or cancellations
- Any excess seats may be cancelled and rebooked
- Refunds will not be issued for overbooked seats
(This is due to a Shopify system limitation currently being resolved.)
What comes in the Sushi Making 101 Kit?
- Bamboo non-slip cutting board
- Bamboo sushi rolling mat
- Reusable Alloy chopsticks
- Beginner Sushi Knife
- Ingredients to make: 29 pcs of: maki, uramaki, temaki and nigiri
- Accoutrements: wasabi, ginger, soy sauce
How long does the product stay fresh for if I order a pre-recorded class kit?
The product for a Pre-Recorded class kit will be good for 1-2 days upon delivery. ALWAYS use the food by the "Use By" date on the food box/cooler.
Will the rice come cooked in my pre-recorded kit?
Rice will ONLY come cooked if you are doing a live class, and live in the Greater Toronto Area, or are eligible for local delivery. Otherwise, you will receive uncooked rice with seasoning and instructions.
You can follow our HOW TO COOK SUSHI RICE video for instructions as well. Allow about 1 hour of time to cook your rice prior to class.
All Pre-Recorded Class Kit will come with UNCOOKED rice, unless otherwise stated in correspondence with us.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship across Canada for an extra charge. Your kit will be shipped via overnight express courier (Fedex, UPS or Purolator). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship kits to the US?
At this time, we e offer our Non Perishable Kits world-wide.
When will I receive my pre-recorded class kit?
Live Classes:
Greater Toronto and surrounding areas: Your kit will be delivered by courier on the day of class.
Rest of Canada: If you live outside of the Local Delivery Zone in the GTA, and are not eligible for extended Same Day Delivery Zone, your kit will be shipped to arrive the day BEFORE the scheduled class.

Pre-Recorded Classes:
Greater Toronto and surrounding areas: Your kit will be delivered by courier on the day that you request delivery at Checkout.

Rest of Canada:
Your kit will be shipped to arrive the day that you request delivery at Checkout by a third party shipping carrier.
